the value for money was excellent, especially considering the spaciousness of the rooms with four comfortable futon beds. Additionally, the staff were incredibly attentive and hospitable, going above and beyond to make my stay memorable. I was also impressed with the attention to detail, such as the provision of hair irons, disposable brushes, and sponges. Furthermore, the location was ideal, just a short distance from the metro station and surrounded by plenty of good restaurants.
All aspects of my stay at this hotel were satisfactory.

Spent a fantastic New Year's holiday at a spacious and affordable hotel. the Japanese-style quad room was spotless and perfect for our family, with plenty of space and modern facilities such as a fridge, microwave, and kettle. the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations for nearby restaurants and even offering to keep our luggage for a few extra days. the hotel's location was ideal, just a short walk from multiple subway stations and a supermarket.
Although the hotel was located close to several train and subway stops, it was not as conveniently located to nearby attractions. We had to walk a bit to get to some popular tourist spots, which may not be ideal for some guests.

Clean and spacious mini apartments with kitchen facilities, a supermarket right across the hotel, and very jolly and helpful staff who offered umbrella on rainy days. The hotel is located in a quiet area, but walking distance to two different subway stations providing easy access to this city's castle.

This hotel is conveniently located near two different metro stations, making it easy to explore the city. For those arriving late, the hotel is only a short drive from the airport and offers comfortable rooms with modern amenities. Guests can even enjoy a nice walk along the river or visit the beautiful Osaka Castle, which is located nearby. the rooms are spacious and well-maintained, with clean bathrooms and comfortable beds. Plus, the staff is friendly and accommodating.
One downside is the lack of English signage and information in the rooms, which can be a little confusing for non-Japanese speakers.

The room was quite spacious and clean, and it had a comfortable bed. The location of the hotel was also great as it was close to many restaurants and shops. Plus, the hotel offered free breakfast which was a nice bonus and saved us some money!
We had a terrible experience during our Easter stay. The hotel staff was not helpful at all, and they seemed to be disorganized and uncaring.
